Added support tab to the configuration screen, for sending diagnostic information
With increasingly complicated configurations, this new screen will make it easy for users to send diagnostic information when problems are encountered with their library's catalogs or the extension when retrieving results.

Improvements

Added support for international libraries using RBDigital catalogs
RBDigital uses a different domain name for these international installations, so this adds proper support for those catalogs

Bugs Fixed

Fixed non-working results for Autographics catalogs
The provider many various changes to the API, and some catalogs were using their own DNS for results
Fixed availability and count information for Evergreen catalogs where the catalog is shared among numerous libraries
Case LIB-53 Fixed display issues on various Amazon.com pages that did not include a standard 'buy box'
Case LIB-54 Fixed results for Encore libraries
Case LIB-16 Fixed the problems that prevented the extension from showing up on the new Google Books pages

Known Issues

The Pause Mode button is not displaying currently; you can use On-Demand mode to get a similar behavior
Pause mode will be replaced by On-Demand mode altogether in an upcoming release
