User License Agreement

This user license agreement governs Your use of Quotidian, LLC’s Products. By installing and using the Products, You agree to be bounded by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Products. If You are using the Products on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms.

Definitions

Quotidian, LLC, We or Our: Means Quotidian, LLC, Developer, and authorized representatives.

You or Your: Means yourself (individual user), the business or other legal entity for which You are accepting this Agreement.

Product or Products: Means one or several of the Chrome, Edge and Firefox extensions developed by Quotidian, LLC described in this Agreement that You installed through the Chrome web store, the Edte web store, the Firefox Add-ons website or https://www.libraryextension.com and that is licensed to You.

Privacy Policy and Disclosure

Library Extension attempts to minimize any information sent back to Quotidian, LLC.

Product License

This license agreement grants You the following rights: Installation and use of the Products. You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the Products.

The basic version of the Products are distributed as freeware for personal, commercial, nonprofit and educational purpose.

Updates and Maintenance

Updates and maintenance of the Products are provided free of charge, as deemed necessary by Quotidian, LLC. The Products update automatically without any action required from You. We are constantly changing and improving our Products. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Product altogether without notice.

Support

User support is provided free of charge through email and this website only, and as deemed necessary by Quotidian, LLC

In no way will Your financial contribution towards the Products’ extra features create a preferential user support relationship from Quotidian, LLC. Support, issues and additional features are provided as deemed necessary by Quotidian, LLC, and are not in no way tied to a financial contribution from You.

Copyright

All titles and copyrights in and to the Products (including but not limited to any source code, images, logos or examples incorporated into the Products) are owned by Quotidian, LLC. The Products are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Products like any other copyrighted material.

Source code

Nothing in this Agreement shall give You or any other person any right to access or use the source code or constitute any license of the source code.

No Warranties

Quotidian, LLC expressly disclaims any warranty for the Products. The Products and any related documentation is provided AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and AS AVAILABLE with absolutely no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Products remains with you.

No Liability for Damages

In no event shall Quotidian, LLC be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Products.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Notice of modifications to these terms will be posted on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective as soon as they are posted. If You do not agree to the modified terms, You should discontinue Your use of the Products.
