Case LIB-8 Added support for Montage catalog type, used primarily by the City of Sydney Public Library, Australia.

Improvements

Case LIB-223 Configuration/options page opens in new tab rather than in a inline rendered popup, improving the experience on Firefox, Edge browsers
Added a 'Disable All' button on the sites dialog, making it easier to reset the sites that are enabled
