Case LIB-592 Fix audible.com display
Audible appears to be starting to make changes to their layout, so this should make some aspects of the extension more robust in the face of changes to the structure of the page, using a floating widget instead of an specific spot on the page.

Case LIB-596 Fix an error impacting certain SirsiDynix Enterprise catalogs
This release introduced a fix for an error that would not return results for certain implementation of SirsiDynix Enterprise catalogs. Users hould now be able to get results from catalogs that did not include a JSON encoding of the availability information on the page.
Known Issues

OCLC catalogs are no longer supported due to changes in how searches require authentication
If your library uses an OCLC catalog, the functionality is currently broken and we are unable to provide an estimate for any fixes.
