Case LIB-98 Added support for Audible.co.uk

Fix retrieving results for Biblionix catalogs, broken inadvertently in the last release
Case LIB-92 Logins to Hoopla catalogs are working again. You can log in with your Hoopla credentials to get customized results for items that your library offers from this service.

Known Issues

The Pause Mode button is not displaying currently; you can use On-Demand mode to get a similar behavior
Pause mode will be replaced by On-Demand mode altogether in an upcoming release
