Bug Fixes

  • Case LIB-284 Fix a bug that prevented the Extension from working at all.
    The bug crept in a a test environment setting to improve some automated testing capabilities. Ironically, it caused the Extension to stop working outside of automated testing. This is now fixed
  • Case LIB-285 Fix a bug that prevented the Extension from displaying user notice messages, leading to a set of blank results.

Known Issues

  • OCLC catalogs running on 'version 2' of their catalog software are currently not functioning
    If your library uses an OCLC catalog, the functionality is currently broken. This remains on our backlog to resolve.

In Case You Missed It

  • The Library Extension now has the ability to display multiple matching results for physical catalogs
    This new Beta feature will return all matching items for physical catalogs. Previously, only the first matching item was returned, even if no holdings were available. This behavior is now more consistent with how digital catalogs will return all matching items.
    To enable this feature, open the Library Extension configuration page and choose 'General Settings'. Scroll down the list of displayed items until you see 'Beta Feature' with the description. Choose 'Yes, I want all possible matches to be displayed'
