Bugs Fixed

Case LIB-264 Fixed the extraction of some item identifiers for some BorrowBox implementations
The identifiers are used to determine the item page, and this incorrect extraction would lead to incorrect links for users trying to look at items in BorrowBox libraries.
Fixed 'scope' discovery for some ExLibris Discovery implementations
The value of the scope is structured differently in some ExLibris Discovery implementations; this fixes the prior behavior which would fail to find the searched for items.
Case LIB-269 Added an addition term representing an item is 'in library' for some Vufind implementations
The addition of this term fixes the availability counting for some library Vufind implementations.
